How easy is it to get approved for a Roarbank card?
Our streamlined, fully digital application process ensures quick approvals based on the applicants' credit assessment without lengthy paperwork, making it easier than ever to apply and get approved for a credit card. However, getting a Roarbank card depends on various parameters including your credit assessment, age etc.
How to apply and get a Roarbank account and card?
To register an account with us, follow these simple steps:
  1. Download the Roarbank app from PlayStore/ AppStore
  2. Provide your Aadhar and verify it through OTP
  3. Submit PAN, your demographic and income data
  4. Complete your Video KYC (Know Your Customer)
  5. Card Activation: After successful Video KYC, your credit card will be delivered to your address. You can activate the card using our mobile app. Your Savings Account details will be sent on your registered email.
What documents are needed to be eligible for a Roarbank card?
We don't ask for submission of any physical document or physical visits. Simply provide your Aadhar number and PAN during application process. Also, keep your physical PAN card ready with you for completing the Video KYC.
How much does it cost to get a Roarbank Card?
Your Roarbank card is completely free! We will issue your card at no joining fees, no annual fees or renewal fees.
How do I activate my Roarbank card once I receive it?
You can easily activate your Roarbank card through the Roarbank mobile app by following the on-screen instructions.
How can I check my Roarbank card balance and transactions?
You can check your balance or view your transactions, and manage your account anytime through the Roarbank mobile app. Further, the Roarbank app allows you to easily analyse your spends and manage your finances accordingly.
How does Roarbank handle disputes or unauthorized transactions?
If you notice any unauthorized transactions or have a dispute, Roarbank's dedicated fraud team will assist you in resolving the issue promptly. You can report any such incidents directly through the app or customer support. Our Team will help you file claim or chargeback for such transactions depending the the case.
Can I track the delivery status of my Roarbank card?
Yes, once your Roarbank card is shipped, you can track the delivery status on your Roarbank app. You will also receive a tracking number via email or SMS
How can I reissue a damaged or lost card?
It's simple! You can request a new Roarbank card any time by contacting our Support on the app or call - 1800 209 9999 (toll-free number).
Can I change my phone number in the mobile app?
Yes, just go to the "More" > "Settings & Profile" > "Phone" and change the number.

How can I get my card statement?
Getting your card statement is very easy with the Roarbank app. Just tap on the card and click "Account statement". You can select your preferred period and download in PDF.
Is it possible to add one Roarbank card on two devices at the same time?
No. For your own security, you can only set up your Roarbank card and app on one mobile device.
Can I access my Roarbank account on the web?
No, only through the Roarbank app.
